Do you have a Physical Store? Where is your store?
Yes, we have a physical store. Our physical store is located at 322, RKM Building, Room No. 306, Hor Al Anz East, Near Al Qiyadah Metro Station, Deira, Dubai.

We are giving more importance to interacting with customers. We have live chats with customers from Monday-Friday (8.30 am to 6.00 PM UAE time, Friday only up to 12:00 PM UAE time). Right now, we are directly dealing from our main office based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. However, we have regular customers from around the world. Shipment of products to you will happen either from our Dubai stores or from our associates around the world.

Do I have to pay Customs or other fees?
Yes, customs charges, taxes, duties and any clearance charges in your country have to be paid by you to the courier agent except if you are located in the United Arab Emirates.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
We are keeping stock of the most commonly demanded products. For all other products generally, we will try to deliver the products within 2-3 weeks. For special items, you may have to get in touch with us to confirm the delivery period.
Do you have extra charges for delivery?
The shipping charges are calculated while placing the order depending on your location, size, the weight of the items, etc.
What if the item I received was damaged?

Can I place an order outside the GCC?
Yes, we are delivering the products all over the world.
Can I come and try on the items before I buy them?
You can come and try the regular products subject to stock availability. Please, note that all the items may not be available for display. Hence, please check with us before you plan your visit.
How Soon Can You Deliver My Order?
If the items are in stock, we can deliver the products within 3-5 days in UAE and within 7-10 days around the world. For out-of-stock products, delivery time will be 2-3 weeks.
